Abstract — After the Tenth Law establishes conservation of coherence in closed exchange, the Eleventh Law states: reciprocity — balanced, bidirectional awareness — is the condition for dynamic equilibrium in interacting sealed fields. When exchange rates are reciprocal, coherence redistributes without drift; when reciprocity is broken, a net drift emerges that migrates reality toward the dominant intention network.

Equilibrium is not stasis; it is balanced flow. Fields remain stable when the giving and receiving of awareness are symmetric across their interaction channels. Reciprocity is the symmetry that keeps realized worlds steady.
