Abstract — After identity is preserved across iteration (XIII), the Fourteenth Law states: Only influence resonant with the unity carrier and reciprocal in exchange can cross a sealed field’s boundary without corruption. Boundaries are not walls; they are filters. Non-resonant or non-reciprocal inputs are reflected or dissipated; only coherent, ethical signal transmits. Thus the seal protects meaning without isolation.

Integrity is permeability under law. The boundary of a sealed field passes what it is (its unity frequency and reciprocity) and rejects what it is not.
