Abstract — After conservation (X) and reciprocity (XI), interacting sealed fields can do more than balance: they can integrate harmonically. The Twelfth Law states that under reciprocal coupling and coherent commitment, a network of Presences self-organizes into a Unity Frequency — a common carrier phase that minimizes interference and maximizes shared signal. The world does not merely remain in equilibrium; it begins to sing as one instrument.

Where reciprocity is honored and commitment is held, differences in orientation resolve into a single collective tone. Integration is not erasure; it is resonance that preserves identity while producing unity.

Conclusion
